It wasn't my intention to catch all the errors because there was no way I could have since I am not actually fluent in Japanese. I merely caught what I could. There were a few others I noted as being different, but since I didn't really know what they were saying in Japanese, I didn't bring it up. :P

However, yes, a forum that I frequent seemed to generally agree that yesy's was better. I went there a little late so I missed all the comparisons (since the threads have been pruned already). Thank you for pointing out the above! :)

Unfortunately, you might've already dipped yourself into the fansubbing drama lake with that line up there. Though, I wouldn't really worry too much about it since my blog is only read by my friends (or so I think since I've been consistently proven wrong) and is generally low traffic. ;)

Yesy's translations are actually much better. You didn't catch a lot of the errors.

E.g.

00:29, "shizuka ni negai wo kometa"
"grasping upon the silent wish" shizuka ni is and adverb meaning silently

2:28, "kono saki ni kodomo ga torinokosareteru n da ga"
Means: "Up from here there's a child that's been left behind"

2:32 "saki, honkyoku no madoushi ga totsunyuu shita, kyuujo, kanojo ga shite kureru"
Means: last part means "she'll help her"

4:41 "kyoudou tai" does not mean rescue unit

4:52 "koukuu" doesn't mean airforce

5:47 "kokoro kara omotta n da" thought from the bottom of my heart

6:06 "tsuyoku naru n da tte" doesn't mean because i will become stronger, it's referencing what she thought earlier

Skipping to the ed...

23:47 owari no nai yume, "never-ending dreams"

23:58, it should be mo, not mou

24:32 if it means the song in the middle of the night, it should be mayonaka no kayou

24:43 kumori no nai means serene

Not to mention several lines look copied directly from the yesy sub (it's pretty blatant if you understand a lot of Japanese)... But, that's just my intuition. I don't want to touch fansubbing, too much drama.
