If you’ve ever been on the edge over whether you should try ikebana or not, I’d highly recommend you give it a go. I just had my first lesson yesterday evening and had a really fun time.

I ordered and sent the goods to my uncle’s place (for free ground shipping) and picked them up last week. They were about $270 USD but another $10 was tacked on for insurance purposes.

And before you ask, yes, I admit I bought them because of Mio.

I’ll be living in my own apartment starting tomorrow. The lease is for a year so I ain’t budgin’ anytime soon. I’ve lived alone in the past but this will be considerably different given that I’ll be furnishing the place myself. My wallet’s been taking quite a hit…I hope it doesn’t continue on for too long. :|
